7-Day Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 7 days of delivery. The fabric must be unused, unstitched, and in its original packaging.

How to Return

Contact us via WhatsApp with your order number
We will arrange a pickup from your address
Once we receive and inspect the fabric, your refund will be processed

Exchange

Want a different colour or fabric? We are happy to exchange. Same process — contact us via WhatsApp, and we will send the replacement once we receive the original.

Refund Timeline

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after we receive the returned fabric. The amount will be returned to your original payment method or bank account.
